After an order has been delivered, customers have 3 days to return it. For the majority of pin codes, we offer a reverse pick up service. You will be required to ship the product(s) yourself if our courier partners are unable to service a pin number due to the reverse pick up policy.
When it's evident that the item has been worn, cleaned, or soiled, we have the right to reject returns for hygienic reasons. It is not necessary to return defective products to us unless the Customer Experience Team confirms it. Please email us pictures of the defective product at
[email protected], and we will respond as soon as possible. Following confirmation by the Customer Experience Team, you will get your refund either as cash in your bank account or as TSS Money as per your convenience.
A combo pack must be returned in its entirety if any item(s) needs to be returned. Partial refunds will not be permitted. You can reach us by phone at or via email at

Vouchers and gift cards are not returnable.
If items are returned, gift wrapping fees will not be reimbursed. Furthermore, we are unable to wrap any replacements you have requested.
We do not accept returns on a number of product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks, due to our stringent cleanliness standards. Aesthetixworld reserves the right to alter the products or categories to which this policy applies at any time and without previous notice.
For every return, we impose a small processing fee of Rs 65.
