Shipping:

We offer fast and reliable shipping on all orders! Enjoy free standard shipping on purchases over a minimum purchase of 999 Rs. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

Return:

• After an order has been delivered, customers have 3 days to return it. For the majority of pin codes, we offer a reverse pick-up service. You will be required to ship the product(s) yourself if our courier partners are unable to service a PIN due to the reverse pick-up policy.
• When it’s evident that the item has been worn, cleaned, or soiled, we have the right to reject returns for hygienic reasons. It is not necessary to return defective products to us unless the Customer Experience Team confirms it. Please email us pictures of the defective product at support@aesthetixworld.com, and we will respond as soon as possible. Following confirmation by the Customer Experience Team, you will get your refund either as cash in your bank account or as TSS Money at your convenience.
• A combo pack must be returned in its entirety if any item(s) needs to be returned. Partial refunds will not be permitted. You can reach us by phone or via email at support@aesthetixworld.com if there is a manufacturing defect or if you have any other questions about this.
• Vouchers and gift cards are not returnable.
• If items are returned, gift-wrapping fees will not be reimbursed. Furthermore, we are unable to wrap any replacements you have requested.
• We do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks, due to our stringent cleanliness standards. Aesthetixworld reserves the right to alter the products or categories to which this policy applies at any time and without previous notice.
• For every return, we impose a small processing fee of Rs 65.
